We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Global Supply Chain to shape and lead global demand and supply planning for our growing Foot & Ankle medical device portfolio. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to transform our Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) capabilities into a best-in-class engine that drives alignment, resilience, and scalable growth across international markets.

Key Responsibilities: The following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this role. Other related duties may be assigned to meet the business need.

  • Lead global supply chain strategy across the U.S. and France, aligning regional operations to a unified vision.

  • Establish and track KPIs for cost, service, and efficiency.

  • Build and lead a high-performing global planning team.

  • Own and optimize the global SIOP process across Commercial, Operations, and Finance.

  • Align demand, supply, and financial plans.

  • Lead long-term capacity planning and scenario modeling.

  • Develop and execute demand forecasting strategies using data, market insights, and analytics.

  • Improve forecast accuracy, reduce bias, and enhance planning efficiency.

  • Translate demand plans into supply and production plans considering capacity, lead times, and inventory.

  • Optimize production allocation across internal and external manufacturing sites.

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory teams.

  • Lead executive reviews to communicate plans, risks, and trade-offs.

  • Ensure alignment on forecasts, supply plans, and business priorities.

  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to support decision-making.

  • Lead system and process improvement initiatives to enhance planning capabilities.

  • Identify and mitigate demand and supply risks through scenario planning, safety stock strategies, and supplier diversification.

  • Implement early warning systems using KPIs and predictive analytics.

  • Own forecast accuracy and supply plan performance metrics.

  • Communicate insights, assumptions, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Translate data into actionable business insights.

  • Monitor market trends and adjust planning strategies accordingly.

  • Drive continuous improvement through gap analysis and SIOP enhancements.

Minimum Basic Qualifications:
