Are you a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of growth, innovation, and execution? We are looking for a dynamic Director, Strategy & Transformation to help shape the future of Broadridge Investor Communication Solutions (ICS), supporting our Mutual Funds, Issuer, and Data & Analytics businesses.

In this highly visible role, you will partner directly with the Head of Strategy & Business Development and senior business leaders to drive critical strategic and operational initiatives that fuel growth, profitability, and long-term competitive advantage. From evaluating new business opportunities and leading growth initiatives to supporting M&A due-diligence and uncovering market trends, you will play an important role in helping the business make insightful, data-driven decisions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, highly analytical, and naturally curious leader who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing senior stakeholders, and turning insights into action. The ideal candidate will bring experience in strategy, growth initiative management, financial modeling, strategic planning, project management, and financial services or fintech, with additional interest or exposure to digital assets, tokenization, and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Partner directly with the Head of Strategy & Business Development for Funds, Issuer, and Data & Analytics to support strategic and operational priorities across the Mutual Funds, Issuer, and Data & Analytics businesses.
  • Help shape and execute strategic plans that drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
  • Identify, assess, and develop new business opportunities, including growth strategies, market entry ideas, and revenue optimization initiatives.
  • Lead and support high-impact business development initiatives in close partnership with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Conduct financial modeling, pricing analysis, forecasting, and business case development to support key business decisions.
  • Support M&A sourcing, evaluation, and due diligence, including opportunity assessment, market research, and strategic analysis.
  • Track, monitor, and evaluate the success of strategic and business development initiatives to ensure strong execution and measurable results.
  • Research and synthesize market, regulatory, competitive, and industry trends to inform strategic direction and uncover new opportunities.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships across business units and corporate functions to align priorities and accelerate execution.
  • Develop and present clear, concise, and compelling recommendations for senior leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Use data analysis, AI-enabled tools, and innovative thinking to develop forward-looking solutions and strengthen decision-making.
  • Contribute to strategic thinking around digital assets, tokenization, fintech innovation, and evolving financial services trends.
  • Lead cross-functional projects with a high degree of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
  • Experience in top-tier management consulting or a similarly rigorous strategy or advisory environment is highly valued.
  • Proven ability to structure ambiguous business problems, conduct rigorous analysis, and develop clear, actionable strategic recommendations.
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation development skills, with demonstrated expertise in creating high-impact decks for senior leadership, board, and investor audiences.
  • Ability to distill complex strategic, financial, and operational topics into concise, compelling narratives that inform decision-making and drive alignment.
  • Experience working directly with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.
  • A highly accountable, curious, and solutions-oriented mindset, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exposure to digital assets, tokenization, and emerging financial technologies is strongly preferred.


Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $160,000.00- $180,000.00 USD.
Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
