Partnering closely with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering, the Director will identify new market opportunities, build differentiated value propositions, and lead integrated marketing initiatives across the customer journey. The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven marketing leader who can balance long-term market development with downstream demand generation while building and developing a high-performing marketing team.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute annual strategic marketing plans by assessing market dynamics, customer needs, competitive positioning, and business objectives to drive sustainable revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing marketing team by establishing clear objectives, fostering professional growth, promoting cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring successful execution of strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and execute brand and market positioning strategies for software and solutions, leveraging customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to resonate with stakeholders and support portfolio growth.
  • Drive awareness and market adoption through integrated digital marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, communication initiatives, website optimization, and content aligned to target market needs and customer buying behaviors.
  • Partner with Sales and Product Management to identify market opportunities, define target segments, develop value propositions, and execute marketing campaigns, including webinars, customer and channel partner education programs, and email marketing initiatives.
  • Lead voice-of-customer (VOC), customer research, and competitive analysis efforts to identify unmet market needs, influence product strategy, and support the development of differentiated solutions.
  • Develop and execute lead generation, nurturing, and customer engagement strategies aligned with business objectives, market priorities, and campaign goals.
  • Establish and monitor market, customer, and campaign performance metrics to measure success, uncover growth opportunities, and optimize investment decisions based on ROI and business impact.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, and Engineering teams to support product lifecycle management, influence go-to-market strategies, and plan and execute successful product launch activities.
  • Provide market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights to support product roadmap planning, portfolio prioritization, pricing discussions, and long-term growth strategies.
  • Coordinate regional and national meetings with Regional Sales Managers and key stakeholders by defining objectives, developing schedules, gathering market feedback, and overseeing execution.
  • Ensure smooth and effective execution of marketing initiatives through collaboration with external agencies, strategic partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Manage marketing budgets, resource allocation, and prioritization of initiatives across both strategic market development and downstream demand-generation activities.
  • Lead and execute the continuous optimization of digital marketing strategies across web, email, social media, and marketing automation channels, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize customer engagement, lead generation, market penetration, and campaign ROI.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in healthcare IT, healthcare technology, B2B technology, or product marketing, including responsibility for go-to-market strategy, product positioning, demand generation, and commercialization activities.
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to develop teams and drive results.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with executive leadership, customers, sales teams, product management, channel partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive alignment across Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Clinical, and Executive Leadership teams.
  • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across digital, content, events, product launches, and lead generation channels.
  • Experience utilizing customer insights, voice-of-customer research, and market intelligence to inform marketing and business decisions.
