Primary Responsibilities:- Develops a robust understanding of business, market, and customer needs and can leverage that knowledge to propose and drive new or improved solutions to business partners
- Drives the application of modern software engineering practices to improve team delivery and solution outcomes
- Champions the implementation of instrumentation and diagnostics to support maintainability and operations
- Applies broad knowledge of domain to optimize choices in architecture and design
- Leads team in identifying and implementing modern components, tools and technologies
- Champions "automation first" mentality throughout engineering and operations practices
- Leads the implementation of software solutions
- Drives code reuse and contribution strategy for span of control; minimizes redundant development

Required Qualifications:- 8+ years mentoring high-performing engineering teams; fosters collaborative culture and drives professional growth
- 8+ years of experience integrating technology initiatives with company strategy; adept at building roadmaps, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term innovation, and managing budgets
- 5+ years of experience with SDLC improvements, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code reviews, and operational excellence
- 5+ years of experience with overseeing complex, cross-functional projects, assessing risks, resolving issues, and communicating progress to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications:- Security & Compliance: Familiarity with data security, privacy regulations, and best practices for secure coding and incident response
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stays current on emerging technologies; drives proofs-of-concept, fosters adoption of new tools, and encourages ongoing learning
- Proven exceptional communication, decision-making ability, and a collaborative mindset

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $134,600 to $230,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
