  • Drive a proactive and strategic vendor management program, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, SLA compliance, and fostering strong, mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Lead the enterprise cybersecurity program - architecture, controls, and incident response - across prevention, detection, response, and recovery.
  • Ensure IT compliance with industry regulations (SOX, GxP) and data privacy standards, and emerging AI governance and data privacy requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly test disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure organizational resilience.
  • Partner with Clinical Operation, Quality and Lab Operations on IT support for clinical trials and scientific systems - including CTMS, EDC, LIMS and ELN platforms - ensuring data integrity, security, and GxP compliance.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT and Cybersecurity team, fostering an environment that encourages continuous learning, professional development, and technical excellence.
  • Drive the adoption and optimization of modern infrastructure and cloud technologies (AWS, hypervisors, networking)to support enterprise platforms, including approved AI tools.
