Job Description

THE POSITION

With the launch of Honeywell Aerospace, we are embarking on a broader business transformation that will reshape how we operate, collaborate, and serve our customers. A major enabler of this transformation is our multi-year investment to transition to SAP S/4HANA.

Far more than replacing the existing system, this transformation is about rethinking how our business runs end-to-end as SAP S/4HANA will help us standardize processes, strengthen data quality, streamline decision-making, and operate as a faster, more connected enterprise.

As the Director - SAP S/4 Acquire to Retire (ATR) Business Process Owner, you will lead the future state definition, adoption readiness, and deployment of your End-to-End Business Process. Partnering closely with the end user groups and business leaders, you will own decision-making for your assigned process, ensuring Subject Matter Expert (SME) engagement, and securing Executive Global Process Owner(s) approvals.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the development of a future-state process design that simplifies and standardizes business operations, leveraging S4 as a platform to enable greater visibility, control, and efficiency.
  • Facilitate cross-functional decision-making by engaging business SMEs for workshops, validation, testing, adoption activities, and business readiness reviews.
  • Leads business adoption of Fit-to-Standard by reinforcing enterprise process standardization, challenging unnecessary customization.
  • Build business cases to support the need for customization, establish baselines, and track the realization of expected benefits.
  • Anticipate and mitigate change impacts across global sites and partners to ensure smooth adoption and minimal operational risk.
  • Develop, maintain, and change managed interfaces between SAP and other business systems and processes.
  • Partner on master data governance and process controls to ensure data quality and consistency at the source.
  • Drive change management focused on user experience and adoption, including readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, communication, and role-based training.
