Full Job Description
About the Role

We're looking for a strategic, data-driven, Director of Sales Operations to help lead our Revenue Operations at an exciting inflection point for Angi. Having delivered both improvements to our Marketplace customer experience and profitability growth in recent quarters, we're working hard to grow our pro network capacity to support profitable revenue growth. By optimizing the sales prospect database, tools, and processes our sales teams use to sell, retain, and upsell pros, this individual will be key to our success in this strategic goal. In addition, as part of this mandate, you will also have an exciting opportunity to re-shape our sales motion with an AI-first mindset.

Reporting to the VP of Sales Ops, you'll own the strategic roadmap for our revenue engine: sales database enhancement and growth, pipeline visibility, CRM integrity, and the insights that drive executive decision-making. You'll also work closely with our senior leadership to frame key decisions, surface dependencies, and ensure resources flow to the highest-ROI efforts.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for someone equally comfortable in a spreadsheet, an executive level strategy conversation, and deep in Salesforce workflows.

What You'll Do

Sales Database Optimization & Orchestration
  • In partnership with third party vendors and our internal Data Science team, drive effort to increase the value and integrity of our customer and prospect database, including enrichment, segmentation, deduplication, and hierarchy
  • Partner with cross functional stakeholders to refine our ICPs using enhanced segmentation data, and architect the orchestration rules to optimize sales
  • Define and enforce data governance standards across the sales org

Strategy & Analytics
  • Shape Sales Ops strategic roadmap in partnership with leadership and stakeholders
  • Structure and implement testing to validate and scale strategic initiatives
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in the sales motion and translate them into actionable recommendations
  • Own sales pipeline and performance reporting across the full revenue funnel, providing real time insight into pipeline health and proactively addressing issues as they arise
  • Periodically update leadership on KPI trends and pipeline health

CRM & Tech Stack
  • Manage the team responsible for Salesforce administration, ensuring data quality, adoption, and continuous improvement
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage the broader sales tech stack, including evaluating and procuring, integrations, and user adoption, and the broader sales tech stack (Outreach, Gong, Clari, ZoomInfo, etc.)
  • Partner with RevOps and Engineering to automate manual workflows and scale tooling as the business grows

AI Integration
  • Serve as primary point of contact to our AI, Data Science, and Product stakeholders to help transform the role of sales reps with rapidly evolving AI tools
  • Change how Sales Ops works by increasing adoption of AI agents and tools for manual tasks, freeing your team's capacity to advance higher value efforts

Team Leadership
  • Develop, manage, and (likely) expand our Sales Ops team (2 direct reports to start)
  • Lead cross-functional coordination with Marketing, CS, Finance, and Product
  • Maintain team's focus on highest value levers, and shape culture that improves the status quo via data drive iteration

What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a SaaS environment
  • Experience leading implementation of Revenue Operations tools, including enrichment and orchestration tools such as Apollo, Zoominfo, Clay, Gong
  • Strong Salesforce administration skills; Salesforce Admin certification a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (Looker, or similar)
  • Proven experience owning database hygiene and data governance at scale
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-ready insights
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with excellent communication skills
  • Experience managing or mentoring a team

Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with SQL or Python for data analysis
  • Prior experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS company ($50M-$500M ARR)

Compensation & Benefits:
  • The base salary band for this position ranges from $160,000 - $240,000, commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location.
  • This position will be eligible for a competitive year end performance bonus & equity package.
  • Full medical, dental, vision package to fit your needs.
  • Flexible vacation policy; work hard and take time when you need it.
  • Pet discount plans & retirement plan with company match (401K).
