What you will do in this role
  • Champion a modern retail strategy that leverages technological advancements and process innovation to drive sustainable sales growth and operational agility.
  • Define and execute high-impact standards for retail and outlet projects, ensuring every initiative is a catalyst for business results and brand elevation.
  • Strategically validate project details, timelines, and budgets to ensure absolute alignment with long-term growth objectives and company vision.
  • Oversee and maintain project budgets
  • Optimize operational workflows to scale revenue and maximize profitability through a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Utilize advanced hindsighting and post-analysis to refine future strategies, focusing on data-backed outcomes that propel business expansion.
  • Establish strong collaborative working relationships
  • Effectively communicates updates to business partners

Who You Are
  • 8+ years experience managing and/or directing retail store based operations
  • Proven track record creating efficiency with introducing store equipment updates, meeting deadlines, and cost/benefits
  • Strategic ideas implemented within deadlines and budgets
  • Expertise in building and maintaining effective cross-functional relationships with business partners and both internal and external clients
  • Proven ability to exercise strong leadership and leverage strategic influence to achieve key business objectives and organizational goals
  • Handle a fast paced, dynamic, and flexible environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent follow-up• Good listening skills
  • Ability to travel 5-10% of the year
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
