POSITION SUMMARY
Position Summary:
Provides leadership, direction, and administration of all aspects of the Rehabilitation Services departments. Responsible for managing and directing the rehabilitation services product line administrative functions, including strategic and operational planning for the areas of responsibility, including staffing and directing personnel. Provides mechanism for ensuring quality care, issue resolution, orientation, and ongoing competency of personnel. Responsible for planning and maintaining materials, equipment and supplies necessary for employees to perform their job, and to provide competitive, cost effective service to patients and physicians. Plans and markets programs and services to medical staff, health center and community. Maintains active communication among medical staff, health center leadership, and staff.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in physical therapy
Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree preferred
