ResponsibilitiesHow You'll Make an Impact - Lead and manage regional project managers, overseeing the delivery of programs and projects
- Direct work efforts, review integrated project plans, escalate resource needs and drive issue resolution
- Guide the integration of projects, adjusting scope, timing and budgets to align with business priorities
- Support direct report project managers through performance reviews and continuous improvement monitoring
- Act as the single point of contact for the Corporate SPMO team, assigning projects within your regional team
- Maintain and prioritize the Regional Road Map, ensuring updates and evaluations are consistently performed
- Create and track reports measuring project impacts and effectiveness using company-wide field operations metrics
Working Conditions - Office environment with travel required, estimated at 25 percent within the regional footprint
QualificationsWhat You'll Bring to Spectrum Required Qualifications Education- Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering or a related area
Experience- 5+ years of project management experience
Skills- Ability to read, write and speak English clearly and professionally
- Strong communication skills with employees, customers and suppliers in-person, by phone and in writing
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
- Proficiency with personal computers and software applications

Preferred Qualifications Experience- 5+ years working in an MSO
- 3+ years operations experience
