  • Serve as the central point of coordination across various departments.
  • Align stakeholders to ensure initiatives are executable and integrated.
  • Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and execution gaps effectively.
  • Build and scale project management standards and governance routines.
  • Drive transparency through executive-level reporting and dashboards.
  • Lead post-implementation reviews to assess impact and optimization opportunities.
  • Lead and develop a team of Project Managers and/or Program Leads.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Portfolio & Transformation Leadership
  • Own a portfolio of enterprise-wide initiatives across Operations, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities and transformation roadmap
  • Lead and oversee complex, cross-functional programs spanning multiple business units, systems, and workflows
  • Establish prioritization frameworks to align initiatives with business value, operational readiness, and resource capacity
  • Drive clarity on scope, sequencing, trade-offs, and expected outcomes across all major initiatives


Cross-Functional Execution & Integration
  • Serve as the central point of coordination across Stores, Supply Chain, Real Estate, Construction & Design, Procurement, Legal, IT, and HR
  • Align stakeholders across functions to ensure initiatives are executable, integrated, and field-ready
  • Proactively identify and manage dependencies, risks, and execution gaps across initiatives
  • Ensure enterprise initiatives are translated into clear, coordinated plans that minimize disruption to field operations


PMO Governance, Standards & Operating Model
  • Build and scale project management standards, tools, and governance routines across the Operations organization
  • Establish consistent processes for initiative intake, prioritization, planning, execution, and post-launch evaluation
  • Drive transparency through executive-level reporting, dashboards, and structured governance forums
  • Ensure consistent application of risk management, decision-making frameworks, and escalation protocols


Strategic Partnership & Influence
  • Partner closely with senior leaders across Operations and corporate functions to translate corporate strategy and transformation priorities into executable initiatives
  • Serve as a partner to leaders by connecting enterprise priorities with operational execution realities and transformation goals
  • Influence prioritization, sequencing, and resource allocation decisions to support enterprise strategy and successful transformation execution
  • Support the SVP, Operations Transformation in advancing strategic initiatives, driving alignment, and reinforcing accountability across the organization


Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
  • Lead post-implementation reviews to assess impact, adoption, and opportunities for optimization
  • Ensure initiatives deliver measurable improvement in operational performance, cost, speed, and experience


Team Leadership & Capability Building
  • Lead and develop a team of Project Managers and/or Program Leads supporting Operations initiatives
  • Establish clear performance expectations, coaching, and development pathways for the team
  • Elevate project management capabilities across Operations through tools, training, and best practice sharing
  • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and results orientation
