Job Description

Job title: Director, Program Manager (PSOC)

Reports to: Sr. Director of Operations Support

Location: United States (remote)

Salary: 250,00K/yr

About the role
The Director, Program Manager is a senior leader responsible for building and leading a global program management function that enables disciplined execution across a complex, multi-region datacenter security program. This role oversees a team accountable for program governance, delivery standards, executive reporting, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring strategic priorities are translated into measurable outcomes with consistency, pace, and operational excellence. As a key member of the leadership team, the Director provides executive-level direction, ensures alignment between Securitas and client priorities, and drives consistent program performance, operational discipline, and accountability across global teams.

What you'll do
In this role, you will drive fast, disciplined execution across a portfolio of programs and/or projects by building the operating rhythm, workflows, and governance needed to move work quickly and effectively across global teams. You will lead and develop a team of international managers with clear standards for ownership, pace, judgment, and follow-through, creating a culture of high accountability and consistent performance. You will ensure communication with internal leaders, partners, and customers is precise, timely, and executive-ready, with strong command of message, audience, and outcomes. The role oversees enterprise analytics and reporting, translating data into decisions and action that improves service quality, operational efficiency, and business results. You will remove friction in execution, strengthen documentation and operating procedures, and lead major initiatives with a clear expectation of measurable outcomes, operational reliability, and sustained delivery.

What you need to apply
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field, and 10+ years of progressive leadership experience building and leading global program management functions, governance models, or complex cross-functional program portfolios, including at least 3-5 years at the director level. Experience working in a PSOC, GSOC, SOC, or comparable security operations environment is required, with demonstrated ability to lead governance, operating rhythms, reporting standards, and cross-functional execution within a security operations program. Global, multi-region operations experience is required, and a background in datacenters is preferred.
This position requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to influence without direct authority and build relationships at all organizational levels.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, effective communicator, and results-oriented leader capable of driving performance in a fast-paced, global environment with demonstrated success in aligning shared services strategy with operational and business goals.
This position involves domestic and international travel (approximately 10% of the time), so a passion for travel (and a valid passport) is essential. This role will also require flexibility to work nights and weekends (when needed) to support global staffing issues, high priority events, and off-hours incidents.
All applicants to this role must have reliable means of communication, reliable means of transportation (public or private) to get to/from work, the legal right to work in the country where the position is located, and the ability to speak, read and write in English proficiently.

What you'll get
We believe great work deserves great rewards-and we're committed to staying competitive. This role offers a base salary of $190,000 to $220,000. That range is based on the Greater Seattle Area and may flex depending on your experience and location. We've got you covered with medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with life insurance, parental leave, and paid time off.

The extra stuff
This position requires-with or without reasonable accommodation-the physical and mental ability to perform all essential job functions effectively. This includes maintaining composure under pressure while interacting with clients, authorities, executives, and staff; working independently without direct supervision; and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. The role involves regular use of a computer and keyboard, frequent lifting or moving of items up to 10 pounds, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. Visual acuity for both near and far distances, as well as the ability to adjust focus, is required. The position may involve handling sensitive or confidential information and requires flexibility in scheduling to meet operational demands.

What do we offer
• 100% coverage of medical benefits
• Dental and Vision
• 401(k) 50 cents matched for every $1 up to 6%
• Company-paid life and AD&D insurance
• Voluntary short-term disability and long-term disability
• Employee assistance program
• 4 floating holidays
• 10 paid holidays
• 2 weeks' vacation every year
• Paid Family Leave - up to 12 weeks a year in accordance with State law
