Program Management
The ProjectProg Mgmt job plans, organizes, and controls resources/processes to achieve project/program objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints. This job is recognized as an expert in the field of Project Management and is responsible for managing the organization's largest and most complex projects.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Organizes large project teams by assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements necessary to ensure project is successful.
  • Estimates the costs, resources, and time required to complete each phase of large and/or complex projects and allocates resources and tasks to ensure these targets are met.
  • Establishes project plan and monitors progress and performance against this plan.
  • Monitors the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing.
  • Identifies and resolves obstacles to completing project on time and to budget.
  • Conducts project meetings and prepares regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team.
  • Coordinates the activities of outside contractors to ensure they are integrated into the project and that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
  • Liaises with other operational areas in the organization to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Technology Transformation Enablement & Orchestration
  • Establish frameworks, methodologies, and governance processes for transformation execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives spanning technology, operations, business, and support organizations.
  • Drive prioritization of strategic initiatives.
  • Lead executive reviews, steering committees, and governance forums.
  • Enable consistency in transformation execution across multiple programs and portfolios.

Organizational Change Management
  • Integrate change management into all transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct organizational impact assessments and stakeholder analyses.
  • Develop and execute communication, engagement, training, and adoption strategies.
  • Build change champion and sponsor networks across the organization.
  • Drive employee readiness, leadership alignment, and adoption of new ways of working.
  • Measure change effectiveness using adoption, engagement, and business outcome metrics.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and transformation.

Stakeholder & Executive Engagement
  • Build trusted relationships across business and technology organizations.
  • Influence decisions through data, business insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Communicate transformation progress, risks, achievements, and value realization to leadership.
  • Facilitate executive alignment and decision-making across complex initiatives.


Required Skills & Preferred Skills:

Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience leading or managing technology programs, projects, or transformation initiatives.
  • Strong program planning, governance, and execution management skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Experience working across multiple functional organizations.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Understanding of ServiceNow Platform, Technology transformation frameworks, and organizational change management.

Preferred
  • Bachelors or advanced degree.
  • Experience with AI, automation, digital transformation, cloud modernization, or enterprise-scale technology programs.
  • Change Management certification (Prosci, or equivalent).
  • PMP, PgMP, Agile, SAFe, or equivalent certifications.

Base Pay Range: $139,000/yr - $188,000/yr

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
