  • Establish decision frameworks, escalation pathways, and performance tracking mechanisms
  • Ensure disciplined execution through repeatable processes and consistent standards
  • G22 leaders are responsible for building operating structures and governance at scale

Launch Readiness & Delivery Excellence

    • Commercial launch preparedness
  • Drive consistent, high-quality execution across global product launches and releases

Risk, Compliance & Quality Leadership
  • Ensure adherence to global regulatory, quality, and compliance requirements
  • Proactively manage portfolio-level risks and dependencies
  • Enable robust decision-making through transparent risk visibility and mitigation strategies

Executive Communication & Decision Support
  • Provide clear, decision-oriented insights to senior leadership
  • Frame options, trade-offs, and recommendations for portfolio decisions
  • Ensure timely escalation of issues requiring executive alignment

Talent Leadership & PMO Capability
  • Build and lead a high-performing project and program leadership organization (G18-G21)
  • Develop succession pipelines and leadership capability across the PMO
  • Drive adoption of best practices, tools, and standard ways of working
