As a Director Product Marketing in our Customer Collaboration and Technical Marketing team, you work hand-in-hand with our customers, enabling them to transform our products into cutting-edge designs, all while building longlasting partnerships that thrive on success. Are you in? Your role Key responsibilities in your new role
  • Develop and execute market strategies that drive business growth for radiation-tolerant semiconductor products serving the new space market(LEO), including market segmentation, customer engagement, competitive positioning, and strategic planning
  • Partner with engineering, sales, operations, and businessleadership to provide market insights and influence product roadmaps, portfolio decisions, and technology investments
  • Lead forecasting, business planning, and market analysisactivities to support revenue growth, product portfolio performance, andoperational planning
  • Engage directly with customers, industry partners, andecosystem participants to identify emerging trends, application requirements, competitivedynamics, and market opportunities. Expected travel 20-40%of the time
  • Drive the commercialization and market adoption of ahigh-growth radiation-tolerant portfolio, supporting a high volume of new productintroductions and ensuring effective, scalable go-to-market execution acrossmultiple product launches throughout the year

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in semiconductor productmarketing, technical marketing, product management, applications engineering,or related commercial leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies, with experience in mixed-signal, analog, power, sensing, connectivity, or relatedproduct domains
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer applications andend-system requirements and translate market needs into product, portfolio, androadmap recommendations
  • Experience managing product launches, go-to-marketactivities, and business growth initiatives in fast-paced technology markets withmultiple concurrent product introductions
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, includingexperience with forecasting, business planning, customer engagement, andexecutive-level presentations
Salary pay information: LocationIndicative salary rangeDallas, TX & Andover, MA, United StatesWage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate: US$ 176,240.00 - US$ 242,330.00 In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
