Your Purpose

MSC Cruises, the world's third largest cruise line brand, is expanding its Commercial team in the USA. The Director, Product Marketing will lead the U.S. & Canada product marketing strategy, including product positioning, messaging, launches, competitive intelligence, and integrated go-to-market planning.

The Director will localize global product strategies for the U.S. market, translating commercial and consumer insights into relevant messaging and creative direction. The role will also support the broader U.S. product strategy by bringing market and guest perspectives into the development of future ships, destinations, and product experiences.

This is a hybrid position requiring employees to work from the Miami office four days per week (Monday through Thursday), with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

Your Impact

  • Lead the U.S. & Canada Product Marketing strategy and roadmap, supporting business growth, brand differentiation, and commercial priorities.
  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across ships, destinations, cruise products, new deployments, and product launches.
  • Localize global product strategies, launches, and messaging to reflect U.S. consumer expectations, market dynamics, and commercial needs.
  • Represent U.S. and Canadian market and guest perspectives within product development, including future ships, destinations, and onboard experiences.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy and launch planning for new ships, products, destinations, and significant product enhancements.
  • Develop integrated launch plans, product calendars, creative briefs, messaging frameworks, and campaign milestones.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, Revenue Management, Operations, Product Development, Guest Experience, and Consumer Insights to drive launch readiness and execution.
  • Lead competitive intelligence across industry trends, new builds, deployments, destinations, and product innovation, translating insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate product positioning, messaging, and representation across consumer and trade channels.
  • Establish processes, trackers, and reporting frameworks to effectively manage multiple product marketing initiatives and priorities.
  • Lead and develop Product Marketing team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.


Your Journey so far

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 5+ years in Product Marketing, Product Strategy, Brand Strategy, or a related discipline.
  • Cruise, hospitality, travel, leisure, or consumer experience industry background strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience leading product launches, go-to-market strategies, portfolio initiatives, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of product positioning, consumer messaging, competitive intelligence, and market insights.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across global and cross-functional stakeholders.
