Full Job Description
Your Role:

Treasure AI is building a new generation of AI-native products that transform how enterprise marketing teams plan, create, activate, optimize, and measure customer experiences. As Director, Product Management, you will help lead a critical global product area within Treasure AI, focused on bringing new AI-powered marketing capabilities to market across the AI Suites portfolio, with potential focus areas including personalization, paid media, creative, engagement, and adjacent marketing workflows. You will partner closely with global Product, Engineering, and Design teams, while working with regional GTM teams across the US, EMEA, and Japan to translate AI Suite capabilities into customer adoption, product expansion, revenue growth, and market confidence globally.

This role is both strategic and highly customer-facing. You will define product direction, oversee execution, partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Growth, and Solution teams, and represent Treasure AI in customer meetings, executive briefings, product-led growth experiences, live demos, product brand events, marketing events, and industry conferences. You will help customers understand how Treasure AI can drive business outcomes while translating market signals, customer needs, and competitive insights into product strategy and roadmap priorities.

As a senior product leader, you will also help drive Treasure AI's AI-native operating model. This includes advocating for tighter PM, UX, and Engineering collaboration; using AI prototyping to accelerate discovery and development; and helping the organization move from traditional product delivery toward faster, more iterative, AI-assisted product development practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for selected AI Suite initiatives, with potential focus areas including Personalization AI Suite, Paid Media AI Suite, Creative AI Suite, Engagement AI Suite, and related AI-native marketing capabilities.
  • Help drive US and EMEA product expansion for AI Suites, partnering with regional GTM teams to support revenue goals, customer adoption, and market readiness.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, GTM, Growth, and executive leadership to define product priorities, make tradeoffs, and deliver high-impact AI-native products from concept through launch and adoption.
  • Serve as a senior product representative in customer meetings, executive briefings, onsite visits, virtual workshops, product demos, and strategic deal cycles, helping articulate product vision and support customer acquisition and expansion.
  • Represent Treasure AI externally at product brand events, marketing events, conferences, webinars, speaking engagements, and customer-facing forums as a credible product and AI thought leader.
  • Partner with Growth, Product Marketing, Sales, and Solution teams to support PLG motions, product experience events, live demos, enablement materials, and customer-facing narratives for AI-native products and AI Suites.
  • Support strategic AI Suite opportunities across regions, including Engagement AI Suite opportunities in the US and EMEA, by bringing senior product expertise to customer conversations, reinforcing GTM confidence, and helping advance strategic deals in partnership with existing product owners.
  • Translate customer needs, market trends, competitive dynamics, and GTM feedback into clear product requirements, roadmap decisions, and differentiated product positioning.
  • Drive AI-native product development practices by using and promoting rapid AI prototyping, agent-assisted workflows, and closer PM/UX/Engineering collaboration throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Define success metrics for AI Suite initiatives, including customer adoption, business impact, usage, product quality, revenue influence, customer satisfaction, and team execution effectiveness.

Job Requirements:
  • 8+ years of product management experience, including experience leading complex enterprise SaaS, data, AI, marketing technology, or customer experience products.
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience, with a track record of hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing product managers or cross-functional product teams.
  • Strong understanding of AI-native product experiences, generative AI, agentic workflows, or AI-assisted enterprise software development.
  • Experience building or leading products in one or more relevant domains: marketing automation, customer engagement platforms, customer data platforms, personalization, paid media, creative automation, journey orchestration, analytics, or enterprise data platforms.
  • Entrepreneurial product leadership mindset, with demonstrated ability to build zero-to-one products, navigate ambiguity, move quickly, and create structure in emerging product categories.
  • Deep experience supporting enterprise GTM motions across the US and/or EMEA, including partnering with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, Growth, and Marketing teams to influence pipeline, accelerate adoption, and support revenue growth.
  • Strong customer-facing credibility, with the ability to build confidence with regional GTM teams, senior customer stakeholders, and executive audiences.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with Engineering and Design leaders to drive product discovery, technical tradeoffs, prototyping, roadmap planning, and execution.
  • Strong external communication and storytelling skills, with experience supporting strategic sales cycles, executive customer conversations, demos, workshops, events, webinars, or conference speaking opportunities.
