Platform Ownership and Oracle Fusion Implementation
  • Lead the product management function for R2R finance platforms and oversee enhancements, integrations, adoption, and implementation execution, with Oracle Fusion serving as the core platform for record-to-report, accounting-to-reporting, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, cash management, tax, controls, and reporting workflows.
  • Ensure consistent master data, process configurations, reporting structures, accounting rules, approvals, and controls across AYI business units and legal entities.

Operational Process Excellence
  • Lead optimization and standardization of:

Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Represent finance solutions across corporate, shared services, business-unit, and functional stakeholders
  • Translate business, accounting, reporting, tax, audit, and finance stakeholder needs into system and process requirements for technical development teams.

Data & Analytics
  • Partner with Engineering and finance stakeholders to prioritize dashboards, KPIs, data needs, and integration patterns across R2R finance platforms, Oracle Fusion, EPM, and the enterprise data lake.
  • Enable real-time visibility into close status, financial performance, cash position, receivables, payables, tax, controls, and operational decision-making.

Delivery Leadership
  • Define epics, user stories, sprint priorities, and roadmap milestones for finance-focused delivery teams.
  • Lead and develop a team of finance Product Managers and Business Analysts.
