Full Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of product management experience.
  • Experience leading product growth, engagement, and retention strategies for consumer products.
  • Experience driving product growth and user acquisition for global consumer products operating hundreds of millions to billions of active users.
  • Experience building and managing teams of product managers.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally across engineering, data science, UX, marketing, and business leadership.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience scaling digital advertising monetization and commercial revenue models for global consumer products.
  • Experience integrating Generative AI capabilities or navigating shifting user traffic across search and partner ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale product management teams from focused units to large global organizations.
  • Track record driving user acquisition across emerging markets, Android ecosystems, and younger demographic cohorts.
  • Expertise in growth science, viral loops, funnel optimization, and rigorous A/B experimentation frameworks.
  • Proven success leading both 0-to-1 product innovation and 1-to-100 scaling in consumer technology.

  • Drive product execution on user growth initiatives spanning acquisition, loyalty, shared network effects, and deep partner integrations across global markets.
  • Establish a comprehensive portfolio of initiatives to accelerate revenue growth through Google Ads across mature and emerging markets.
  • Drive awareness, first-time adoption, and ongoing engagement of Conversational AI experiences across Maps.
  • Foster growth excellence through robust experimentation frameworks, advanced analytics, sophisticated measurement systems, and high product judgment for bold bets.
