Full Job Description
We are looking for a Director of Product Management - U.S. Market Access. In this role, you will lead the delivery of our Market Access solutions for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients. You will shape and execute product strategy that transforms complex payer and PBM dynamics-coverage policies, formulary placement, utilization management, and lives data-into clear, actionable intelligence for our customers.

You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to define priorities, drive execution, and ensure our products deliver measurable commercial impact for both our clients and Clarivate. You'll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technology to bring new ideas to life, guide enhancements, and support successful go-to-market activity.

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or relevant field
  • 10+ years of experience working with clients in the healthcare/pharma domain, with commercial pharma customers
  • 5+ years of working with the product lifecycles


It would be great if you also had...
  • Proficient in PowerPoint
  • Understanding of US health data including RX claims (D.0) and Institutional/Professional (4010/5010) data feeds a plus
  • Understanding of Market Access and its role in healthcare
  • Exposure to reporting tools like Tableau / Power BI


What will you be doing in this role?
  • Lead product team to ensure execution of comprehensive product maps and lifecycle plans
  • Leverage research and industry trends to provide market insight and translate into requirements for product design including development and management of business requirements documentation
  • Ensure optimization of new product and existing product launches including project plan creation, project risk/mitigation and issue tracking and resolution
  • Manages, modifies, and recommends process changes to reduce expenses, optimize profitability, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Partners with other marketing team members and company departments, as necessary to ensure timely delivery of product and training materials
  • Leads product development team to ensure targeted completion dates are met.
  • Works closely with sales, marketing, operations, technology, and senior leadership to align the overall product portfolio with strategic business goals
  • Hires, trains, conducts performance evaluations, and manages the day to day efficiency of the staff


About the Team

This team supports the Managed Markets portfolio of products within Clarivate. The team's portfolio is tailored, but not limited to, Pharma, PBMs, Health Plans, 3rd party Healthcare analytic companies, and supporting information to internal product lines. The team currently has 15 people on it, consisting of: Product Owners and Product Managers.

Hours of Work
  • This is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.
  • This is a remote role


The expected base salary for this position is $156,000 - $195,000 USD per year. This role is eligible for annual bonus earnings. Individual pay is based upon experience, education, skill and ability, expertise, and relevant factors.
