Director, Product Management

 

What You’ll Do

  • Apply data-driven insights to assess IT product performance and uncover strategic opportunities for growth.
  • Utilize advanced analytical skills and strong business acumen to shape innovative, results-oriented IT solutions.
  • Plan, initiate, and manage complex IT projects, providing leadership and direction to technical teams while serving as a vital link between business stakeholders and technical experts.
  • Oversee each phase of the IT project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
  • Manage, coach, and mentor a team of subordinate Product Managers by setting goals and development plans, providing regular feedback, and engaging in performance support.
  • Ensure effective delivery of IT products through prioritization, delegation, and cross-functional alignment.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Can work remotely or from an Applied Systems office.

Your experience should include all of the following:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, Management Engineering or any Engineering field, or a related field plus 2 years of experience with Software Development required.
