Key responsibilities include fostering a culture of excellence, optimizing development processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. The Director ensures products are scalable, secure, and high-quality, positioning the organization as a leader in the tech industry.
Responsibilities- Lead several software development teams led by managers and senior managers to deliver innovative IT solutions that meet and exceed business user expectations.
- Collaborate with offshore engineering teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
- Drive the adoption of Agile practices and ensure the team delivers on time and within budget. Utilize metrics and data-driven decision-making.
- Define and present product strategies, roadmaps, and performance metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including architecture, cyber security, and other platform teams.
