Duties

Define and drive the overall user experience strategy grounded in a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and market dynamics. Lead design initiatives to shape the visual appeal of the organization's online presence, experience frameworks, and long-term roadmaps. Partner with executive leadership, product, engineering, and business teams to ensure UX strategy directly supports company objectives and scalable growth. Establish UX standards, governance, and measurement frameworks that balance innovation, feasibility, and consistency across platforms. Continuously improve quality through design reviews and by providing constructive feedback. Manage and mentor a team of product designers by setting quality standards, establishing review processes, and providing guidance to support professional growth, while fostering a collaborative and creative work environment. Contribute to product strategy by providing insights from a design perspective. Align design goals with business objectives to create user-centered products that meet market needs. Leverage knowledge of industry standard design tools for interface design, prototyping, and visual design; product analytics and equivalent experimentation platform to design, execute and evaluate A/B tests.

Minimum Requirements

Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, UX design, Computer Graphics Technology or a related field plus nine (9) years of progressively responsible experience in product design. Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, UX design, Computer Graphics Technology or a related field plus seven (7) years of experience in product design. Must have at least three (3) years in a lead or management role involving product design.Must also have experience with: Building and managing a design team; Building design process with user-centered design principles and methodologies in form factors across desktop, mobile, responsive web, and native operating systems; Articulating the ROI of design initiatives to executive leadership to secure headcount and budget; Designing E-commerce, B2C, B2B, and SaaS applications, and managing design across multiple products; Using industry standard design tools for interface design, prototyping and visual design; Using product analytics and experimentation platform to design, execute and evaluate A/B tests to improve conversion; Using UX engineering skills including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to communicate and prototype design ideas.

Compensation, Benefits, and Perks

Salary is $180,000/yr to $185,000/yr.; full-time. This position is eligible for incentives pursuant to The Wolfe Companies, LLC's Employee Referral Program.
