Schedule: Days | Full-time

Location: Remote

Salary: $167,291.66 - $236,177.14

How you'll make an impact in this role

Direct and oversee information systems activities and resources.

  • Develop departmental goals, plans and standards consistent with the technological, clinical, administrative, legal and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization.
  • Plan, organize and direct all activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives.
  • Prepare departmental budgets and ensure the department operates in compliance with allocated funding.
  • Coordinate and direct internal/external audits.
  • Direct and evaluate all departmental activities including research, design and development of new technologies, service level determination and complaint management.
  • Develop partnership with senior management.
  • Work with other senior managers and senior users in strategic technology issues.
  • Establish strategic direction and oversight in order to ensure that technology resources will be optimized and expenses managed.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

What additional preferences we're seeking

  • 10+ years of overall software product delivery experience with 5+ years of experience in managing teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex, technology initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Understanding of Content Management System fundamentals - content delivery, content lifecycle and governance, content modeling, indexing/searching, caching etc


Responsibilities

  • Lead software or digital product delivery across multiple teams, programs, or product areas. Strong technical program management skills, including roadmap execution, dependency management, risk mitigation, release coordination, and stakeholder communication.
  • Solid understanding of cloud-native microservice architectures, including API-driven systems, distributed dependencies, release sequencing, resiliency considerations, and operational impacts in production environments.
  • Partner effectively with Product and Engineering leaders to balance customer value, technical constraints, and delivery commitments.
  • Lead and develop delivery organizations, including coaching and managing delivery managers, scrum masters, or program leaders.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions and align stakeholders across functions.
