• Define, lead, and report key compliance metrics and performance indicators to measure operational health, identify risks, and support clear progress toward business goals.
• Coordinate capacity planning, prioritize team assignments, and align work to business needs, critical initiatives, and compliance risk.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Product, Sourcing, Legal, Manufacturing, and other collaborators to identify, assess, and mitigate product compliance risks in new product launches, engineering changes, systems, and business processes.
• Develop and implement compliance governance, auditing, and continuous-improvement activities to ensure compliance standards and practices are maintained across the organization.
• Represent the company with standard development organizations, certifiers, government agencies, plumbing industry associations, and other external partners to support practical, risk-based solutions that protect consumers and advance business objectives.
• Partner with Product Compliance teams across business units to identify, share, and implement guidelines that improve compliance efficiency and organizational alignment.
• Provide regular communication to senior leadership on compliance performance, emerging requirements, trends, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.

Education & Experience:

• Experience interpreting and applying product standards, codes, regulations, and certification requirements to products and manufacturing processes.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical and regulatory topics clearly to senior leaders, technical teams, and non-technical collaborators.
• Strong analytical capability and digital literacy, including experience using data, spreadsheets, reporting tools, or business systems to assess performance and support decisions; SAP and Power BI experience preferred.
• Experience participating in standards development organizations, certification bodies, trade associations, or regulatory advocacy activities preferred.
• Ability to work across time zones and participate in occasional international calls.
• Ability to travel approximately 15% domestically and internationally to manufacturing sites, business units, certification bodies, and association meetings.
