Overview

This role is located Hybrid at our Data Center Campus near Pecos, Texas

Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates must relocate or reside within 50 miles of the Data Center location or travel to the location up to 50% of the time.

This role is eligible for hybrid or remote work, up 50%.

Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end site-procurement execution across a defined set of sites or sub-region, accountable for delivery against schedule, cost, and readiness milestones for all OFCI/LLE packages
  • Lead and coordinate site procurement teams, metro leads, and execution resources to ensure consistent delivery, clear accountability, and alignment to regional and program priorities
  • Translate enterprise sourcing strategies into site-level execution plans, ensuring supplier commitments, capacity, and sequencing align to construction schedules and commissioning requirements
  • Drive execution discipline across sites, including FSR management, change order management, material tracking, and delivery coordination, ensuring zero disruption to build schedules
  • Act as the primary escalation point for supplier performance, delivery risk, and commercial disputes within the sub-region, driving resolution with urgency and protecting schedule and cost outcomes
  • Partner directly with Construction, Engineering, and Site Leadership to align procurement activities with real-time site needs, resolving gaps between design intent, supply availability, and field execution
  • Own sub-regional supply risk management, including identification of site-specific constraints, cross-site dependencies, and recovery plans to mitigate schedule impacts
  • Lead supplier performance management at the execution level, including site delivery performance, quality issues, and field responsiveness, ensuring suppliers meet contractual obligations on active builds
  • Drive consistency in procurement processes, tools, and reporting across all sites in the sub-region, enabling visibility into material status, risks, and execution health
  • Provide governance and oversight on contract execution, change orders, and claims at site level, ensuring proper documentation, commercial alignment, and escalation when required
  • Enable cross-site coordination and resource balancing to optimize supplier utilization, sequencing, and delivery timelines across the sub-region
  • Lead and develop a team of site procurement managers and execution resources such as vendors, setting clear expectations, driving accountability, and building capability to support scale
  • Surface field insights, supplier performance trends, and execution challenges back to category and strategic sourcing teams to inform long-term strategy and contracting approaches
  • Drive continuous improvement across site procurement execution, including process standardization, tool adoption, and reduction of manual work to improve speed and accuracy

  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field AND 7+ years experience in data science/analytics, finance, project management, supply chain, and/or operation
  • OR equivalent experience.

  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field AND 12+ years experience in data science/analytics, finance, project management, supply chain, and/or operation
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field AND 15+ years experience in data science/analytics, finance, project management, supply chain, and/or operation
  • OR equivalent experience.

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Sourcing and Category Management M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year.
