Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and Vice President of Patient Care Services, the Director partners closely with physician and operational leaders to guide strategic planning, program development,operations, financial stewardship, and human resource management. This role offers an opportunity to influence organizational outcomes, lead high-performing teams, and drive initiatives that improve patient care and operational excellence across the health system.

TheDirector Patient Care Services Will:
  • Providestrategic and operational leadership for assigned clinical and service departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Develop,implement, and evaluate policies, programs, and services that support the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care.
  • Directfiscal planning, budget development, resource allocation, and financial performance management across assigned areas.
  • Leadand support department leaders through coaching, mentoring, performance management, and professional development initiatives.
  • Fostercollaborative relationships across disciplines and departments to improve patient outcomes, operational effectiveness, and organizational performance.
  • Identify,lead, and manage organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication, engagement, and implementation.
  • Analyzeprogram performance through operational, clinical, financial, and patient experience metrics and implement improvement strategies as needed.
  • Developoperational and strategic goals, action plans, and long-term growth initiatives responsive to healthcare industry trends and organizational priorities.
  • Partnerwith physician, nursing, and operational leaders to establish and sustain clinical processes that advance quality, safety, and patient experience goals.
  • Ensurecompliance with all regulatory, accreditation, patient safety, and professional practice standards.
  • Leadthe planning and implementation of new programs, services, staffing models, and clinical operations.
  • Promotea culture of evidence-based practice, professional development, innovation, and continuous learning throughout the organization.
