Overview

As the Director of Search Marketing at Razorfish, you will spearhead the development of innovative search strategies that align with client goals and elevate our agency's stature as an inspiring leader in digital marketing. This position emphasizes overseeing all search operations, encouraging collaboration across teams, and fully embracing new technologies, including AI, to optimize campaign performance. You will develop strategic frameworks, deliver insightful analytics, and guide the search team to achieve excellence while ensuring that standard methodologies are integrated across all initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Oversight: Lead comprehensive search strategies that align with client objectives, integrating efforts across various digital marketing services as well as AI and emerging technologies to drive superior business performance.


  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance return on investment and effectiveness.


  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with risk management and quality assurance protocols using RACI documentation to maintain campaign integrity.


  • Innovation Leadership: Foster a culture of experimentation and innovation, encouraging teams to develop "Next Practice" standards in search marketing.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) with a proven track record of successful strategy execution and results.

The benefits offerings listed are available to eligible U.S. Based employees, are reviewed on an annual basis, and are governed by the terms of the applicable plan documents.

Compensation Range: USD $121,315.00 - USD $166,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
