Full Job Description
How we LEAD:

We're looking for a builder, not simply a manager. Someone who can design scalable owned media strategies while remaining close enough to the work to understand the platforms, challenge assumptions, test ideas, and step into execution when needed. An architect who still knows how to and is willing to swing the hammer.

How you'll CREATE:
  • Lead the strategic vision and execution of REPUBLIC Collective's Owned & Operated Content Network, overseeing internal teams and third-party agency partners across fan pages, genre pages, editorial pages, topic pages, and emerging content destinations.
  • Develop and oversee content strategies that maximize audience growth, engagement, artist discovery, and cultural relevance while supporting overall label and artist marketing objectives.
  • Oversee content planning, publishing strategies, editorial calendars, and optimization efforts to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across the Content Network.
  • Manage relationships with external content agencies and strategic partners, ensuring alignment with REPUBLIC Collective's creative standards, performance goals, and business objectives.
  • Present strategic initiatives, performance insights, and growth opportunities to label leadership and executive stakeholders, helping shape the future of REPUBLIC Collective's owned media ecosystem.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Owned & Operated Content Network, evaluating page performance on a weekly, monthly, and campaign basis to identify optimization opportunities and drive measurable results.
  • Build best practices, reporting frameworks, dashboards, and strategic recommendations informed by content performance, audience insights, and evolving digital trends.
  • Create cross-network programming strategies that leverage audiences across artist fan pages, genre communities, editorial pages, and other owned channels to amplify campaigns, accelerate sound adoption, and increase overall network impact.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Advertising, Brand Partnerships, Creator Strategy, CRM, D2C, Digital Marketing, Commerce, and Insights teams to maximize the effectiveness of the Content Network across artist campaigns, merchandise initiatives, brand partnerships, and audience growth strategies while sharing performance learnings across the organization.
  • Identify emerging social platforms, content formats, publishing strategies, and audience behaviors that create new opportunities for artist discovery, fan engagement, and scalable content distribution using existing artist assets.

Bring your VIBE:
  • 4-6+ years of experience in content strategy, audience development, digital publishing, social media, entertainment marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience building and scaling owned social media ecosystems, content networks, or audience-first digital brands.
  • Strong understanding of social platform algorithms, audience growth strategies, and digital content optimization across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
  • Proficiency with content creation, video editing, photo editing software.
  • Experience with AI content creation platforms and tools.
  • Ability to develop KPI frameworks and analyzing content performance, audience engagement, reach, retention, and growth metrics.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience managing agency relationships and collaborating across multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with social tracking platforms such as CreatorCore, Co-Brand etc.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, artist-driven environment.
  • Passion for music, internet culture, fan communities, and digital storytelling.
