Advanced Analytics & AI: Enable data-driven decision-making capabilities through advanced analytics and AI-driven insights. Qualifications Experience: 10+ years of SAP experience, including extensive hands-on expertise with S/4HANA and Vistex implementations. Domain Expertise: Deep domain knowledge in Order-to-Cash, Trade Promotion Management, Warehouse and Transportation Management, and Order Fulfillment. Industry Background: Proven track record of leading large-scale global SAP transformations within the CPG, Manufacturing, or Food & Beverage sectors. Vistex Mastery: Hands-on experience with Vistex (IP & DM / Rebates & Settlement) covering the entire TPM lifecycle from planning through final settlement. Ecosystem Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP tools (Fiori, Analytics, ECC/S4) and integrated third-party platforms (e.g., e2Open, Blue Yonder, Manhattan). Leadership: 5+ years of direct leadership experience managing complex global programs and cross-functional teams. Methodologies: Experience managing delivery across both Agile and traditional Waterfall project management models.
