Position Summary...
The Director, Store Fulfillment Insights & Performance leads the team responsible for transforming operational data into actionable business insights that improve store fulfillment performance, customer experience, associate experience, and productivity outcomes. This leader serves as a key strategic partner across Store Fulfillment, providing visibility to business performance, enabling data driven decision making, and accelerating the adoption of AI powered capabilities across the organization.

The role is responsible for developing and maintaining performance reporting, identifying emerging trends and opportunities, conducting root cause analysis, and equipping leaders with the insights needed to drive operational improvements at scale.

What you'll do...
  • Lead a team responsible for performance reporting, operational insights, and business intelligence supporting Store Fulfillment objectives.
  • Develop and manage executive level dashboards, scorecards, and AI enabled reporting tools that provide visibility into key operational metrics and business goals.
  • Drive the monthly business review process by delivering accurate, timely, and actionable performance insights to senior leadership.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to conduct deep dive analyses and root cause investigations that inform strategic and operational decisions.
  • Synthesize complex data into clear business narratives that align stakeholders around priorities, risks, opportunities, and solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to operational leaders by identifying performance drivers and recommending actions to improve outcomes.
  • Champion the adoption of AI powered tools and capabilities across the organization, helping teams leverage emerging technologies to improve decision quality and operational efficiency.
  • Establish processes and governance that ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability of operational reporting and insights.
  • Identify leading indicators and emerging trends that enable proactive decision making and continuous improvement.
  • Build organizational capability around data literacy, performance management, and insight driven execution.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
