Overview

Leads a team of process and clinical improvement professionals to drive improvements through a portfolio of strategic projects. Promotes a culture of continuous improvement through the use of Lean methodology data analysis, reliability, sustainability and spread. Translates clinical, operational, quality and safety data into meaningful information and clearly communicates critical information to leadership and other stakeholders to improve performance and decision making. Applies health system-specific expertise, industry best practices and knowledge of internal and external performance challenges to recommend improvements. Additionally, responsible for assuming leadership responsibility for all areas/functions of the Perioperative Services Division on a 24/7 basis.

  • 7 years of progressively responsible experience involving clinical leadership, performance/operations improvement, project management and/or analysis Required
Licenses and Certifications
  • RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License Upon Hire Required
  • BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or Piedmont QPI Black Belt Preferred
