Responsibilities

  • Lead supply planning and procurement execution for regional and service center inventory to support operational readiness and customer service.
  • Establish purchasing standards, approval controls, supplier engagement routines, and purchase order processes that improve accuracy, cycle time, and compliance.
  • Monitor inventory levels, replenishment needs, transfers, reconciliation, physical counts, and cycle-count results to improve inventory accuracy and availability.
  • Manage supplier performance, vendor records, pricing files, freight terms, contract compliance, scorecards, business reviews, and corrective actions.
  • Administer PMOS master data, product setup, supplier information, governance controls, and user support to maintain accurate ordering and inventory processes.
  • Partner with Operations, Finance, HSSE, Customer Care, Legal, and IT to resolve supply chain issues and improve process performance.
  • Lead assigned team members with clear priorities, accountability, service focus, and measurable performance expectations.

Position Summary

The Director of Supply & Inventory leads the supply chain function for procurement operations, inventory reliability, vendor performance, and ordering system governance. This role ensures the right products are available at the right time, at the right cost, and in compliance with company standards.

The position owns supply planning, purchasing controls, purchase order execution, vendor data, pricing governance, inventory controls, and Product Management/Ordering System (PMOS) administration. It partners across Operations, Finance, Safety, Commercial, Customer Care, Legal, and IT to improve service continuity, cost discipline, and process compliance.

Key Areas of Ownership

  • Supply planning, purchasing strategy, and purchase order governance
  • Inventory reliability, replenishment, transfers, and controls
  • Vendor onboarding, supplier performance, pricing, contracts, and corrective actions
  • PMOS master data, product catalogs, supplier records, and system governance
  • Supply chain reporting, compliance, training, and continuous improvement

This position works in an office and field-support environment with regular interaction across suppliers, operations, finance, customer care, technical service, safety, and leadership. Travel to vendor locations, service centers, and regional operations may be required.
