OverviewThe Director, Execution CoE is responsible for leading the strategy, design, and execution of best-in-class capabilities across replenishment, logistics execution, and inventory optimization. This role serves as the central driver of process standardization, advanced innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives that enable end-to-end supply chain excellence. This leader will partner cross-functionally with Replenishment, Logistics, Inventory Optimization, S&OP, Supplier Management, and Technology teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve service levels, optimize inventory, and reduce total supply chain and inventory costs.
Primary Responsibilities- Define and execute the vision and roadmap for Replenishment, Logistics Execution, and Inventory Optimization capabilities
- Establish standardized processes, governance frameworks, and best practices across all areas of the Execution team
- Lead a team of functional managers, product managers, and process experts focused on continuous improvement and innovation
- Lead Daily/Weekly supply chain execution routines, quickly problem solving and driving cross functional action plans to address short and long terms operational bottle necks
- Drive organizational alignment between execution teams and strategic supply chain priorities.
- Oversee the design and optimization of replenishment and inventory optimization models and processes, as well as technology initiatives
- Lead the Replenishment, Execution and Inventory Optimization AI pipeline from creation to delivery as well as the associated Center of Excellence team focused on continuous improvement of process and technology
- Apply data-driven methodologies to identify root causes of performance or process gaps and drive corrective action
- Lead large-scale transformation programs (e.g., control tower, process standardization, training, adherence and adoption)
- Act as a key interface with external and internal stakeholders
- Monitor outcomes and KPIs, measuring the return on investment (ROI) and performance of CoE initiatives
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Additional Primary ResponsibilitiesMinimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field (MBA preferred)
- Progressive supply chain experience with significant exposure to replenishment, inventory optimization, and logistics execution
- 5+ years in people leadership roles, including managing managers and cross-functional teams
- Experience with advanced supply chain tools, analytics platforms, ERP systems and complex data
- Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain synchronization and processes
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive transformation or enterprise-wide operational changes from ideation to implementation
- Advanced and swift problem solving, simplification of complex processes and ways of working and organization vision
- Exceptional customer service and written/verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Physical Demands- Physical demands for a considerable amount of time include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (keyboard, mouse, and monitor).
- Occasional to rare walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping, including periodic site/shop visits.
- May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20 lbs
