Director of Sales & Service
The RoleReporting directly to the CEO and serving as an active member of the executive leadership team (alongside the CFO, COO, and Engineering Manager), the Director of Sales & Service will help define and execute the commercial and aftermarket growth strategy. In this role, you will lead the Sales, Customer Service/Technical Support, and Marketing team. You will be responsible for expanding our distributor and dealerships, driving revenue, optimizing aftermarket support, and ensuring our customers receive rapid, high-integrity service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and align the sales, aftermarket service, and marketing teams to meet and exceed revenue and customer retention goals.
- Establish annual sales forecasts, operating budgets, and pipeline management cadence in collaboration with finance and operations.
- Build deep relationships with distributors, key commercial accounts, and OEM partners, translating field feedback into product and service enhancements.
- Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure customer specifications, lead times, and warranty resolutions are executed with accuracy.

What We're Looking For (Required Qualifications)- 5+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience (Sales, Service, or Commercial Operations) within manufacturing, industrial equipment, or engineered solutions.
- Demonstrated track record of pipeline management, annual sales budgeting, and channel/distributor growth.
- Aptitude for technical products with the ability to converse fluently with engineers, technicians, and commercial buyers.
- Experience utilizing CRM platforms and ERP systems to manage sales funnels and operational workflows.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (sponsorship is not available for this role).
