Summary:
Join our team for an exciting opportunity to lead as our Director of Revenue Management at Hyatt Regency DFW.

Located at Terminal C of the DFW International Airport, Hyatt Regency DFW features 811 guestrooms and over 90,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader who will bring both analytical expertise and collaborative energy to elevate our revenue performance and enhance the overall guest experience.

Position Overview
The Director of Revenue Management is responsible for driving total hotel revenue through strategic pricing, inventory control, and distribution practices across rooms and food & beverage. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations leaders to develop data-driven strategies that grow market share, optimize profitability, and position the hotel for long-term success.

This leader will oversee the Reservations function and report directly to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute revenue strategies that maximize total hotel revenue and profitability
  • Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and demand patterns to inform pricing and inventory decisions
  • Lead forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring accurate projections aligned with business goals
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to support targeted campaigns and demand generation efforts
  • Monitor distribution channels to optimize channel mix and cost efficiency
