Full Job Description
Lead total revenue strategy for The Sebastian Vail, optimizing profitability across rooms, spa, food and beverage, packages, and ancillary offerings. Reporting to the General Manager with a dotted line to the Director of Sales, you will oversee Revenue Management and Reservations and partner with commercial, operational, and finance leaders to drive market share, guest value, and sustainable growth.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute total revenue strategies for rooms, spa, food and beverage, packages, and ancillary offerings.
  • Set pricing, inventory, distribution, and business-mix strategies across transient, group, wholesale, negotiated, direct, OTA, GDS, and consortia channels.
  • Lead budgets, rolling forecasts, pace and displacement analyses, competitive reviews, and executive performance reporting.
  • Optimize ADR, occupancy, RevPAR, RGI, market share, direct bookings, channel profitability, spa utilization, and overall resort revenue.
  • Lead weekly commercial strategy meetings and provide clear recommendations on opportunities, risks, and market shifts.
  • Direct the Reservations Department, including staffing, scheduling, training, coaching, service standards, booking accuracy, conversion, and upselling.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Spa, Food and Beverage, and Front Office to align strategies and create profitable guest offers.
  • Build a high-performing, accountable team and foster data-driven decision-making, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.

What You Bring
  • 7-10 years of progressive hospitality revenue management experience, including 3-5 years in a senior leadership or director role.
  • Luxury resort, hotel, or destination property experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in pricing, forecasting, inventory, distribution, business analytics, and reservations conversion.
  • Experience leading Revenue Management and Reservations teams; spa or wellness revenue experience is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, PMS, CRS, RMS, OTA extranets, Delphi/Salesforce, and business intelligence tools.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, presentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to travel the property quarterly.
