Responsibilities
Provide direction and leadership for all residential sites in line with Racker's Mission, Vision, and Values
Maintain positive, collaborative, and future focused program environment
Ensure person-centered and family-focused service provision
Analyze and review the department's functions for the purpose of ensuring alignment with programmatic goals, effectiveness, and efficient, fiscally sound operations
Develop systems, policies, procedures to meet quality standards established by program and regulatory requirements and to promote continuous improvement in service delivery
Develop team of leaders and managers within the program to meet established supervisory expectations and programmatic goal achievement
Oversee innovative, full-time community-based day programming.
Oversee budget and resource allocation for Residential and Day Services
Adapt programming as needed to meet the needs of service recipients.
Maintain knowledge of current best practices in IDD service provision, technology, and upcoming regulatory changes impacting services within the purview of the department
Serve as a resource for program staff, program participants, care managers, and families
Assess and implement new program development and expansion
Promote positive relationships within the department's team, collateral agencies, families, and community
