Director of Rehabilitation (DOR)
Midtown Oaks Post Acute | Sacramento, CA
Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 per year

Director of Rehabilitation Responsibilities

Qualifications
Required
  • Current California license as a: Physical Therapist (PT) Occupational Therapist (OT) Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Preferred
  • Previous Director of Rehabilitation experience
  • Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) leadership experience
