Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) - Full-Time

LTC Therapy: Blackstone Valley Health & Rehabilitation
Whitinsville, MA
$100,000-$115,000/year

LTC Therapy is seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead our therapy department at Blackstone Valley Health & Rehabilitation. This leadership role is ideal for a licensed therapist who is passionate about clinical excellence, team development, and delivering high-quality rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing setting.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Direct the daily operations of the rehabilitation department, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy services
  • Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary therapy team
  • Coordinate with nursing, physicians, administration, and other departments to ensure seamless resident care
  • Monitor department performance, productivity, and clinical outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Assist with staff onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and resident-centered care planning
