Job Summary:

We are looking for a Director of Program Management and Business Operations to serve as a multi-disciplinary partner to leadership in support of high-touch experiential events and data-driven business operations.

Event Management
  • Direct end-to-end planning and on-site execution for flagship meetings, complex travel programs, and high-profile corporate events.
  • Manage executive-level communications, ensuring a high-touch, responsive experience for all key stakeholders and attendees.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with global hotel partners, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), and hospitality vendors.
  • Conduct comprehensive supplier analysis, site inspections, and contract negotiations to maximize leverage, optimize pricing strategies, and ensure brand alignment.
  • Consult with leadership on program design, ensuring all project objectives align with both budgetary parameters and corporate culture.
  • Maintain deep industry knowledge of emerging trends, market availability, and technology platforms to identify future project opportunities for the organization.

Operational Strategy & Data Analysis
  • Evaluate, consult, and implement technology solutions to solve event delivery, business process, and data management challenges.
  • Provide advanced data analysis and reporting to support business unit objectives and decision-making.
  • Improve SOPs and implement systems to standardize operations and improve workflow efficiency while maintaining a people-first approach.
  • Own end-to-end project budgets, delivering precise financial forecasting, risk mitigation, and comprehensive post-project ROI analysis.
  • Respond flexibly to ad hoc project requests as needed.


Communications & Project Marketing
  • Develop integrated communications strategy and lead production teams for project marketing.
  • Design, edit, and oversee brand-aligned artwork and promotional collateral, maintaining strict adherence to corporate communication standards.
  • Develop robust project proposals, including feasibility models, comparative analyses, and executive presentation decks.
  • Collaborate with external partners to support shared objectives and strengthen strategic relationships.

Experience and Skills
  • 10+ years' experience in operations and events.
  • Proven analytical capability, with a strong background in data management, systems implementation, and budget oversight.
  • Ability to interface with clients, internal teams and external partners with discretion and poise.
  • Ability to lead and mentor where appropriate to help team members develop skillsets within the project scope.
  • Strong operational instincts with the ability to coordinate projects, manage shifting priorities, and maintain momentum across workstreams.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, including the ability to synthesize information, capture key decisions, and drive clear follow-up actions.
  • Excellent internal consulting skills and ability to build partnerships at all levels within the organization.
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university in operations, business, or related field.
