Full Job Description
About the role

Agentic Data Security (ADS) is our answer, and it's a new product line built on top of the DLP and DSPM platform that already makes Cyberhaven the market leader in lineage-based data protection. The data flow graph, the endpoint and browser sensors, and the classification engine are in place and deployed at scale in enterprise environments. What's needed now is a product leader to turn that foundation into a category-defining product.

We're looking for a Director of Product Management to own ADS end to end, strategy, roadmap, positioning, and outcomes. This is a rare combination: the strategic surface area of a new product line with the distribution, telemetry, and enterprise customer base of an established platform. Demand is already ahead of us; every security leader we talk to is being asked what their AI agents are doing with company data, and very few have an answer.

You'll report to the CPO and start as a hands-on, single-threaded owner, growing and leading a PM team as the line scales.

What you'll do
  • Own the ADS product line end to end ; vision, strategy, roadmap, and P&L-level outcomes for the product line.
  • Define what data security means when the actor is an agent, not a person: agent identity and attribution, prompt and context inspection, tool-call and MCP-boundary controls, and enforcement that holds up at machine speed without breaking legitimate work.
  • Translate Cyberhaven's data lineage advantage into agentic use cases, working across the endpoint, browser, and cloud teams to extend the platform.
  • Run the ongoing design partner program and take ADS through beta, and GA turning a charter cohort of enterprise customers into referenceable production deployments and significant revenue traction in the next 6-9 months.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design on a fast release cadence, making the hard scope calls that keep milestones credible.
  • Work directly with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Experience on packaging, pricing, competitive positioning, and enablement.
  • Be the external voice of ADS; customer briefings, analyst conversations, partner discussions, and industry events.
Who you are
  • 10+ years in product management, including 5+ years leading products in security, with a track record of taking new products from zero to meaningful revenue.
  • Domain depth in one or more of: data security (DLP, DSPM, insider risk), AI/LLM security, or endpoint and browser security. Fluency in how AI agents are actually deployed in enterprises is a strong plus.
  • You've shipped enterprise security products that real security teams operate - you understand detection quality, false positive economics, policy authoring, and why enforcement decisions are hard.
  • Comfortable at both altitudes: you can hold an executive team strategy conversation in the morning and get into detection logic and API design with engineers in the afternoon.
  • Strong technical instincts. You don't need to write the code, but you need to earn the trust of people who do.
  • Excellent communicator and storyteller; you can make a novel category legible to a CISO, an analyst, and a first-time AE.
  • Located in the US (SF Bay Area preferred).
