Full Job Description
As the Director of Premium Services, you will be responsible for leading your team across operations, human resources, and financial management. You will oversee the recruitment, training, and development of team members while ensuring adherence to cost controls, quality standards, and operational excellence. As a representative of Levy, you will communicate and embody our philosophy and company culture in every interaction.

Now, if you were to come on board as a Director of Premium Services, we'd ask you to do the following for us:

  • Hire, train, and empower team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee Premium bar operations during events, backstage services for artists, sports teams, and their entourages, as well as corporate events.
  • Coordinate the planning, preparation, and billing of corporate events.
  • Ensure associates have the resources and tools necessary to perform their responsibilities effectively.
  • Schedule bar and supervisory staff in accordance with the collective agreement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, subcontractors, non-profit organizations, and Levy associates.
  • Respond to and support the resolution of customer service issues.
  • Execute all menus, promotions, and programs as outlined by the General Manager and in compliance with Levy standards.
  • Ensure daily facility inspections are completed for every event.
  • Liaise with venue operations, Levy team members, and all relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and food safety standards.
  • Achieve sales targets, daily cost objectives, and budget goals.
  • Oversee the completion of required daily and monthly reporting.
  • Ensure associates comply with Levy standards as outlined in training manuals and associate handbooks.
  • Drive ongoing revenue growth initiatives.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and analyses in accordance with Levy standards.
  • Ensure all client services are accurately invoiced and payments are collected in compliance with Levy procedures.
  • Conduct regular meetings to promote effective communication between management and associates.
  • Mentor department managers to strengthen their leadership skills and support their professional development.

  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership and employee engagement.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to travel within Canada.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and varying schedules as required to support operations and client needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English. English proficiency is required to communicate daily with head office, partners, assigned national suppliers, and sponsors.
