Salary: $110,000 - $115,000

Other Forms of Compensation: 16 % bonus eligible

Location: Lumen Field

Job Summary

Join the Levy team at Lumen Field, home of the Seattle Seahawks, Seattle Sounders FC, OL Reign, and world-class concerts and events. As the Director of Premium Hospitality, you will lead our Premium Department-including Suites, Catering, and Group Sales-to deliver an exceptional guest experience, drive operational excellence, and ensure strong financial results.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic and experienced hospitality leader who brings a passion for service, people, and high-quality standards, preferably with a fine dining or premium service background.

This position works on-site at Lumen Field and reports to the Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of premium operations, including Suites, Catering, and Group Sales.
• Lead seasonal planning and event preparation to ensure readiness and flawless execution.
• Partner with culinary leadership to develop innovative and high-quality menus for all premium spaces.
• Ensure all premium operations align with Levy's Core Signature Standards and Lumen Field brand expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and venue partners to enhance service quality, efficiency, and event-day performance.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members in Levy's service standards and procedures.
• Foster engagement, motivation, and accountability across the Premium team.
• Conduct ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and progressive discipline as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suite holders, premium clients, and VIP guests.
• Partner with the location leadership team to continually improve guest satisfaction scores and service delivery.
• Oversee suite tastings, special events, and premium partner activations.
• Ensure all responsible service protocols, signage, and incident reporting procedures are consistently followed.
• Personally manage and resolve guest feedback to ensure every interaction reflects Levy's values.
• Drive department-level financial performance through labor, cost, and inventory control.
• Complete monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and action planning.
• Support loss prevention and cash handling compliance, including nightly cash drops and variance logs.
• Review consumption trends and collaborate with Purchasing and Culinary to adjust par levels and forecasts.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of end-of-month inventory and required reports.
• Maintain compliance with all food safety, alcohol service, and PCI standards.
• Lead monthly safety training for team members and ensure all incidents are documented and addressed promptly.
• Oversee cleanliness, maintenance, and inspection of all premium spaces and equipment.
• Ensure operational readiness for every event and uphold a culture of safety and accountability.
• ServSafe and MAST certification required.

Skills & Experience:
5+ years of leadership experience in food and beverage or premium hospitality operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Proven success managing large-scale or fine dining operations.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of computer literacy and familiarity with Suites Management Systems or POS platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and BEO system managment is preferred.
• Passion for hospitality, food, service, and premium guest experiences.
• Ability to lead large teams in a fast-paced, event-driven environment with professionalism and composure.
