Director of PM

Overview

We're supporting a Detroit-based industrial contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex mechanical/electrical/industrial projects from pre-construction through closeout. This is a senior-level role with long-term growth potential for someone who can run the work, manage clients, and drive field execution.

Responsibilities
  • Full project ownership from kickoff through turnover
  • Manage schedules, budgets, manpower, subcontractors, and field coordination
  • Lead client communication, progress meetings, and issue resolution
  • Oversee procurement, change orders, cost tracking, and documentation
  • Ensure safety, quality, and production targets are met
  • Partner with field leadership to drive daily execution
