QUALIFICATIONS
• Multi-unit restaurant leadership experience required
• Burger King and/or Arby's experience strongly preferred
• Proven success achieving operational metrics above franchise system averages
• Demonstrated ability to improve profitability, sales, labor, food cost, and controllable expenses
• Successful track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining management talent
• Experience building succession plans and leadership bench strength
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead, coach, and develop District Managers and General Managers
• Drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction across all restaurants
• Improve financial performance and profitability
• Ensure execution of brand standards, food safety, and operational procedures
• Support implementation of new products, initiatives, and operational programs
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement practical, measurable solutions
• Build strong management teams and future leaders
