Job Description:

Oversees daily operations of multiple physician clinics to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. Administers practice and organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency. Assists in achieving quality goals and service metrics across various specialties. Ensures high-quality, cost-effective healthcare is delivered to patients. Ensures revenue cycle targets are met to support the financial health of the organization. Hires, trains, and manages office managers and other clinic staff. Communicates effectively with physicians and all levels of management to ensure alignment and smooth operations. Regularly reports and monitors key performance indicators, adjusting operations as needed to meet objectives. Applies working knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations related to physician offices. Demonstrates deep knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR) and oversees their implementation and use in an ambulatory setting. Identifies and implements process improvement initiatives to enhance clinic operations. Builds and maintains effective relationships with patients, families, staff, and the community. Demonstrates deep knowledge of healthcare finance, revenue cycle management, expense management and budgeting. Other duties as assigned.
