Job Description: - Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Up to $3000 Relocation Bonus
- Shift: Monday-Thursday 10am-7pm and Friday 9am-6pm
- Location: 120 Cypress Edge Dr. Suite 101 Palm Coast, FL 32164
- The anticipated minimum pay rate for this position is $35/hour.
- Performs evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards.
- Oversees the care provided by physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation therapy aides, according to established regulations and practice standards.
- Participates in practice changes as a result of performance improvement activities and supports quality standards and initiatives set by the department.
- Supports consumer marketing and public awareness through participation in community events, educational lectures/speaking,
- Documents and charges accurately, completely, and timely using measurable and objective terminology following standards of practice, insurance guidelines and department policy and procedures.
- Monitors patient response and progress to treatment, modifying the treatment plan as appropriate.
- Other duties as assigned.
