How you'll make an impact in this role- Drive regional operational strategy across three ambulatory sites, ensuring seamless patient access and service expansion across all neuroscience specialties.
- Direct financial and revenue performance, managing operating budgets and provider productivity to optimize resource allocation and care delivery.
- Empower and mentor practice managers to foster a high-accountability culture centered on staff retention and strong team collaboration.
- Elevate the patient care experience by tracking customer feedback metrics and redesigning triage workflows to significantly reduce wait times.
- Standardize clinical care workflows in partnership with provider leadership to enforce strict safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Optimize EHR and digital health tools alongside IT teams to streamline provider documentation and remove administrative friction.
What minimum requirements you'll needEducation:
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor'
degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
What additional preferences we're seeking- 5+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience overseeing multi-site ambulatory clinic operations and multi-specialty provider groups.
