Role Overview:The Director of Operations is accountable for overseeing the implementation of all Field Support Services programs, controls, policies, and practices. These responsibilities encompass regulatory compliance, training reporting, technology support solutions, and performance benchmarks in alignment with GardaWorld's Security requirements. This role also involves providing operational backing to identified accounts and assigned functional projects under the purview of the Area Vice President.
Responsibilities:- Ensure programs, policies, and practices align with corporate, federal, state, and local regulations by actively engaging with branch or account staff.
- Uphold compliance and quality assurance standards, ensuring contract key performance indicators and metrics are consistently met for designated National or Strategic Accounts.
- Identify, cultivate, and disseminate enterprise-wide best practices to enhance the execution of Mandatory Requirements.
- Perform periodic audits of subcontract sites within the scope of responsibility.
- Investigate instances of substandard, at-risk, or non-compliant accounts or activities. Provide resolution recommendations to branch or account stakeholders and escalate issues as necessary while reporting them to the Regional Vice President.
- Facilitate compliance report production by preparing them directly or guiding branch managers through the process, supporting internal and external stakeholder reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with branch managers to interpret regulatory changes impacting Operations functions, processes, or reporting.
- Oversee the integration of WinTeam with TeamTime to drive operational cost efficiencies and process enhancements for timekeeping, labor compliance, and payroll discrepancy management.
- Devise, recommend, or implement programs aimed at proactively gathering customer feedback, enhancing branch staff's technical and customer service proficiencies, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving service-related concerns when feasible.
- Assist Learning & Development in delivering needed branch training related to technology processes and solutions.
- Function as Incident Command and logistical lead for emergency responses as the Regional Vice President assigned.
- Act as Transition Lead for new Strategic or National Accounts as the Regional Vice President designated.
- Attend meetings and undertake ad-hoc assignments to bolster corporate objectives and goals.
- Possess the adeptness and training to seamlessly step into roles like General Manager, MSS, CSM, Portfolio Manager, and comparable positions with minimal assistance.
- Execute other associated duties as deemed necessary and assigned.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Minimum 7-10 years experience.
